CDYLL

As a member of youth lacrosse in the capital region and surrounding area, you participate in the CDYLL (Capital District Youth Lacrosse League).

We play in games year round, specifically in the main spring season. Round Robin style tournaments are hosted by an organization from the end of April (weather permitting) through mid June. We have added a link to the hosting site and date below. We predominantly follow US Lacrosse rules by age group with a few local lacrosse variations. Our rules are also available for download below.
